Estate Pilot
Fractional ownership of Swiss property. A €2.4M villa split into 1,000 units, explained so the math doesn't feel like a trick.
Estate Pilot lets people own a slice of premium real estate instead of the whole building. The example that anchors the site is Villa Monte Rosa in Lugano: €2.4M, divided into 1,000 units at €2,400 each. Buy one, own a literal piece of it.
Fractional ownership sets off people's scam radar, and fairly, so the entire design leans on being explicit. The ownership math is laid out plainly rather than tucked into a footnote, and the property itself is presented with the photography and space it deserves. Aspirational on the surface, boringly transparent underneath. That combination is the whole product.
It launched as an invite and waitlist system while they build out the platform, so the site's real job is converting interest into a signup and making that signup feel like joining something rather than handing over an email.
